Tim Mcgraw Concert

Last night we went to the Tim Mcgraw concert at Usana. And can I just say I have not had that much fun in a long time! I got to go with all the people I love most in the world and man did we live it up. We have been so excited for this for months and I think it well lived up to our expectations. My voice and body is feeling it day, but it was so worth it. We yelled, danced and bonded like never before.

Life gets so crazy and busy sometimes, I appreciate every second that me and Ty get to be together and have fun. And Jenna you crack me up!
I had I think a total of 3 drinks spilled on me and sat in mustard so I was hot looking mess by the end of the night. But no complaining here!

This picture is worth a thousand words. It is always good to see so many different people in your life get along so well and this picture is surely proof of that! Love it!

Happy Birthday Tanya Betty

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TANYA BETTY!!! My Baby sister is 22 today. Just wanted to let her know how much I love her and how grateful I am for how close we have became over the last few years. It means the world to me and I can not wait to celebrate her wedding in just a couple of months. So, I hope your day is everything you deserve.

"Tiffany's Epiphany's"

Well if anyone read my earlier post you could probably tell that I was a little down, but I had some realizations today. I am always good at giving advice but not as well at taking it. I noticed this as I was pep talking Tina at work on the same issue that was stressing me out about work. Anyways.... so I started taking some of my own words and advice of others and trying it apply them.
First, why give up things that make me happy even if it lasts for just a moment. Life only gives you so many moments of complete joy why not take advantage of every opportunity! Anyone that has spent anytime with me over the last 6 years knows I love my Diet Pepsi! I realized the stressing out over not having it is not worth the time I waste. If I want a pop I am going to have one! (In moderation) If I want to pack up and go on a trip in a month from now. I am going to do it!
Two, If I am not happy with my job, do something about it. So I am thinking about going to school! Not anything drastic but maybe take some skills classes at SLCC or something. My true passion and goal is to be a Substance Abuse Counselor (or Assistant to one). I love to listen and am sooooo interested in addiction.
Third, make time for myself. If I need a "me" day off from work I should do it. A day of thinking and being inside my head only, is healthy every once in a while.
Fourth, do not worry about the stuff I can not change. If I voice my worrys to my family about their health or my concerns about our money issues to Tyson. And...they do not care...than why should I? Is it fair for me always to be the responsible, reliable one? I think not.
Last, I just wanted to thank and point out all the people that keep me sane! I have a lot of great friends that support me and this a shout out to them!

My ladies that I might not see for months at a time but I always know are there to have a good time if I need them!

Sierra can always make me laugh and supports me even when I get the case of the "Sierras" :)

Tai who I could not be more honored to call my sister in law.

"J" we have had our ups and downs but your always there to talk when it really counts.

My "Keetchy" who just in the last few years has become part of my life again, but has had my back since 3rd grade.

My "T's" Tanya who keeps me sane within the middle all of our crazy family drama's and work. Tina my cubicle buddie that can always bring me to reality and make things not seem quite as bad!

Thank YOU and I love each and everyone of you!!!

Anxiety

The last few weeks I have noticed something in myself that scares me a little. My anxiety is getting way out of hand. This is always been something I deal with but my list of things that bring it on is getting longer everyday. I have noticed my hands shaking more, sweating for no reason, and nausea that sometimes last hours. My goal is to try to control this so I thought the first step would be to admit everything that I can think of that I have anxiety about on a regular basis.
  • Money
  • Getting Older
  • Letting people down
  • Being Late
  • Worrying about my family's health
  • Work!
  • Making sure other people around me are happy
  • Having kids!
  • Other people being late
  • Did I mention work!

Why I stress and worry so much is something I am trying to dig deep to find out, but any advice anyone has would be great. I am only 23 and I can not imagine how much worse it is going to get by the time I am 30 if I do not gain control over my nerves. My life is so great and filled with so many amazing people but feeling this nervous and worried all the time makes it hard to enjoy life as easily. Sorry to bore you all but this is my type of therapy........Any words of advice is appreciated!

Yard Sale

This Saturday was amazing. We did our team yard sale for the Relay for Life (American Cancer Society) and Raised 1300 dollars. We had a lot of stuff and sold almost all of it.
It was a ton of hard work to put it all together but it all turned out so well! Amy's Army is our team name and I believe she was truly there rooting us all on. Anytime I get frustrated or overwhelmed with the tasks associated with the Relay I just have to imagine Amy's face and it all goes away. All of us girls had so much fun hanging out all day and I can not wait for the relay to have 12 straight hours together. Our team is more than half way to our goal of $5000 and I am going to be estatic when we reach it. We still have a little ways to go so if anyone would like to donate please do so by clicking on the link below
Overall it was an awesome experience and I am so grateful to everyone that showed up to support us and everyone on the teams hardwork. (Including Tyson that had no obligation to stay and did all day!) So again Thank you to everyone involved!

Tyson

When I told Tyson I started a blog the first thing he said was "Let me see it, you better not have any dorky pictures of me up". And then he said "I hope you are not going to just write bad things about me."
Which reminded me of one of my personal goals to not bad mouth my husband around others. I am a huge venter so this does not seem like it would be that hard but for me it is.

So I thought I would write a little list of "Why I Love My Husband" just to remind me whenever I feel like venting in public.
1. He can always make me laugh and always says "I Love You".
2. His amazing booty shaking abilities.
3. His work ethic, he complains less about having to go to work than anyone I know!
4. His passion for his hobbies, he gets a spark of an idea and it becomes a forest fire over night.
5. How good he is with Alexis and Aspen, watching him play with them always make me smile.
6. He is always willing to help others.
7. I think it is so cute how easy he gets embarassed. (This is an Anderson trait for sure)
8. His desire to make our Home the best it can be and I am grateful for all the hardwork he puts into it.
9. His laugh, it is contagious. And he finds everything that is a little funny to everyone else to be knee slapping hilarious.
10. And last and most important is he only has 9 fingers! Who else can say that about their husband? (See pic below for proof)

Trip Part Three

Pairasailing in St. Thomas
I am terrified of heights but for some reason being over water made me not scared at all. It was amazing and I would love to do it again!

This is us after pairsailing. The guys running the boat were hilarious, and way good at their jobs to be able to move around the boat and take these pictures. (and yes Tyson is missing a finger, it is not an illusion.)
